Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement the sales plan and meet the targets and expand the customer’s database.

 Build strong relationships with the customers and understanding their businesses needs and the aims.

 Establish the Distribution channels

 Hire and train the Sales Team

 Develop all the procedures and transactions to ensure efficiency of the sales various functions and achieve all the sales targets.

 Achieve, develop and monitor the sales department budget, to achieve all the financial targets and avoid the deflects. Also send a monthly report to the general manager.

 Follow the competitors prices, promotions and the new products and report to the direct manager about it.  Deal professionally with the colleagues and clients, maintain an appropriate appearance.

 Build a good relationship with the clients, receiving their ( comments – complaints ) and follow it up with the responsible person.
