Responsibilities
- Manage all the onboarding and off-boarding process for the new hires and resigned employees.
- Conduct all payroll activities (Attendance, annual leave, exception, deduction,..) on HRIS.
- Update and maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law.
- Supports staff inquires and requests on all HR related issues (Time management, policies and procedures,….)
- Assist in the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.
- Assist in performance management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- HR diploma or certificate is preferred.
- 1-2 Years of experience in Human Resource.
