EVOLVE Structure:
1. Orientation Session - Overview about CBE fundamental role & functions
2. Jump Start Camp - Team building outdoor training
3. Technical Path - On-job training with designated sectors
4. Banking Foundation - Intensive technical training customized by EBI
5. Skill up Week - Career coaching, Networking circle & Central banks sessions
6. Show Case Day - Closing ceremony, presenting final projects
EVOLVE Duration:
- 6 Months (Starting from February 2025 till July 2025)
Qualifications
- Applicant must hold the Egyptian Nationality.
- Fresh Graduates class 2023-2024 - Graduated From prominent universities from the Supreme Council of Universities.
- Required Majors:
o Business Administration / Commerce (Specialization : Accounting – Finance – Human Resources)
o Business Informatics
o Economics
o Computer Science
o Data Science
o Actuarial Science
o Mathematics
o Statistics
o Law
o Marketing
o Engineering (Specialization: Communication - Computer - Electrical "Power" - Construction - Mechanical)
· Grade / GPA : Cumulative GPA is equivalent to minimum grade “Very Good” or minimum grade “Very Good”
· Track of achievements /outstanding performance
· Post graduate studies: Enrolled in Master’s program is preferred
· Interns will be requested to evaluate their internship experience & they'll be evaluated based on their performance
