-Handling day to day transactions for the business banking accounts.

-Follow up on the assigned tasks to the team of service officers under his/her supervision.

-Supervise and monitor corporate transactions in terms of authorized limits, Term and conditions; lien, OWC; other aspects of the operations, specifying the value date in coordination with the RM and the treasury without any delay.

-Drive the process of segregating all the received clients instruction to be delivered EOD to concerned channels

-Access and resolve customers problems in line with the bank procedures; compliance & CBE rules to ensure smooth follow of the circuits & time saving.

-Responsible of the KYC execution and account opening.

-Ensure clients satisfaction and proper execution of daily transactions.

-Daily follow up on utilization lines of top commitment accounts.

-Work on obtaining all legal documents for facilities renewal jointly with the RM & especially for fully secured facilities.

-Required years of experience from 2- 4 in banking.
