QS Mechanical Engineer
We’re hiring a QS Mechanical Engineer to support cost control and quantity surveying activities across our construction projects.
If you have strong experience in mechanical systems, BOQs, and cost estimation — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and review BOQs & cost estimates• Analyze mechanical drawings and specifications• Monitor project costs and variations• Support procurement and contract administration
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering• 5+ years of QS experience in construction• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & firefighting systems• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
