We are currently looking for a Media Buyer to join our team and play a key role in managing and scaling paid media campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok, and other relevant channels Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize performance and ROIMonitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data insights Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies Collaborate with creative, data, and product teams to develop high-performing campaigns Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and market trends Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and relevant industry regulations Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing Hands-on experience with major paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV, etc.) Native Arabic language skills are a strong advantage, due to campaign focus on Arabic-speaking markets Experience in financial services, fintech, or high-performance verticals is considered a strong advantage Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Fluency in English (written and spoken) What We Offer
