Position: Head of Pediatric Dentistry Department (PhD is a MUST) Job Requirements PhD in Pediatric Dentistry is a MUSTRelevant experience in hospitals or private sector Strong communication and behavior management skills Leadership and team management abilities Job Description Lead, motivate, and inspire the pediatric team; provide guidance and clinical support Develop and conduct training programs focused on pediatric care and behavior management Participate in monthly staff meetings; set agendas and lead departmental discussions Establish and implement goals, policies, and clinical protocols for the department Conduct continuous training based on clinic needs Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of pediatric dentists Anticipate clinic needs, including materials and pediatric-specific requirements Evaluate team performance, conduct appraisals, and drive continuous improvement
