• Manage the full accounting cycle including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial closing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company financial policies.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular financial reports to management.
• Oversee vehicle inventory accounting, including recording vehicles received from the supplier and monitoring vehicle cost and stock movement.
• Perform regular reconciliation between physical vehicle inventory and accounting records.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure proper tracking of vehicle deliveries and inventory movements.
• Monitor and record vehicle sales transactions and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Reconcile showroom sales with customer payments, bank deposits, and financing transactions.
• Supervise invoicing and ensure proper documentation for all vehicle sales.
• Manage banking activities and cash flow planning, including monitoring incoming and outgoing payments.
• Ensure proper planning of cash flow related to vehicle purchases from the supplier.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor customer deposits.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and prevent financial risks.
• Ensure proper segregation of duties across financial processes and compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare and review tax filings, including VAT and corporate tax returns.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Supervise accounting operations within the ERP system, ensuring accurate recording of sales, inventory, and financial transactions.
• Ensure proper integration between accounting, inventory management, and sales systems.
