Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and performance across all systems, with strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows & Linux).
• Backup & Recovery: Develop and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Load Balancer Management: Configure and maintain load balancers (HAProxy, NGINX, F5).
• Network Administration: Manage switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Security Management: Implement security controls (firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS).
• User Support: Provide L2/L3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitoring: Monitor systems performance and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Windows Server: Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and related services.
• Virtualization: Administer Hyper-V and VMware ESXi environments.
• VDI Management: Manage VMware Horizon VDI infrastructure.
• Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and improve system performance.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Patch Management: Ensure systems are updated with latest patches.
• Automation: Develop scripts (PowerShell / Bash) for automation.
• Disaster Recovery: Support DR planning and testing.
