Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. Key tasks include creating and delivering sales presentations, managing the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves staying informed about industry trends and participating in training to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet or exceed targets Experience in Training and mentorship to support personal and team development Results-driven mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with sales reporting Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous Prior experience in the sales or customer service industry is preferred
