We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Customs Clearance & Logistics Coordinator to manage our international trade operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all shipments are compliant with local and international regulations while maintaining efficient logistics flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation: Issue and follow up on all essential customs documents, including import permits, quality certificates, Form 4, and shipping manifests.
• Compliance: Verify that all import/export terms align with the legal requirements and statutes of the relevant countries.
• Shipment Facilitation: Prepare customs files to ensure shipments meet all criteria for smooth border transitions.
• Local Regulations: Manage all pre-shipment arrangements specifically required by Egyptian authorities.
• Financial Oversight: Calculate and determine precise costs, duties, and taxes for various shipments.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate inland transportation, warehousing, and logistics for all goods; maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and customs agencies.
