Designing and implementing performance management strategies.

Support performance management processes with calibration, coaching, and development plans.

Implement capability assessments and career path frameworks.

Managing employee awareness regarding a better understanding of changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies applied in the company to ensure a better level of performance and a flexible acceptance of all variables.

Designs regular employee engagement communication messages when required.

Develop communication programs and materials to promote employees’ understanding of their roles and responsibilities in the organization.

Develop and maintain a robust succession planning framework for critical roles across the organization.

Identify high-potential talent, create individualized development plans, and monitor readiness for key positions.

Conduct skill gap analyses to identify current and future learning needs across various departments and levels.

Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with department leaders to identify areas for development.

Facilitate employee development programs such as onboarding, mentoring, and career development.

Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires across functions.
