المهام الوظيفية:
- استقبال العملاء وفهم احتياجهم وتحويله إلى تصور احترافي
- تقديم تصاميم ثلاثية الأبعاد وعروض مقنعة
- إقفال الصفقات والتفاوض على الأسعار
- متابعة تنفيذ المشاريع مع المصنع حتى التسليم
- التنسيق مع فريق الإنتاج لضمان جودة التنفيذ
المهارات والبرامج:
- إتقان SketchUp أو 3ds Max
- إجادة AutoCAD
- خبرة في V Ray أو Corona
- معرفة Photoshop
- فهم مواد الأثاث وعمليات التصنيع
- خبرة في تصميم الأثاث أو المشاريع السكنية والتجارية
- خبرة في المبيعات أو التعامل مع العملاء
- مهارات تواصل عالية وحضور مميز

- Meet clients understand their needs and translate them into professional concepts
- Present professional 3D designs and compelling presentations
- Close deals and negotiate pricing
- Follow up on production with the factory until delivery
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure high quality execution
:Software and Technical Skills
- Expert in SketchUp or 3ds Max
- Strong command of AutoCAD
- Professional rendering using V Ray or Corona
- Knowledge of Photoshop
- Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes
- Experience in furniture design or residential and commercial projects
- Experience in sales or client facing roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
