About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for German & English / Spanish & English / French & English Speakers to join our call center Agent position immediately. If you're looking for stability, growth, and flexibility — this is your chance.
Responsibilities
Answer calls from customers via phone, and provide solutions to customers according to SOP;Resolve the cases within the scope of permission, or transfer cases to correct team;Reply resolution to the customers based on SOP.
Qualifications
College or above German/Spanish/French C1 or B2+ level, English B1+ or B2 level
Required Skills
Have customer experience mindset & strong communication skills & coordination skills Call center experience is a plus
Pay range and compensation package
German & English: $645~$700 NETSpanish & English: $540~$600 NETFrench & English: $517~$560 NET
Shift Requirements (7*5)
Shift on weekdays: 9:00-19:00 of service country (9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00) Shift on weekends: 10:00-19:00 of service country
