Job Purpose:The After Sales Senior Engineer role ensures timely resolution of technical incidents while delivering reliable support for company products and software. It contributes to continuous improvement through problem management, reporting, and knowledge maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:• Execute, resolves and prevents escalation of incidents, issues, technical problems, and change requests.• Delivers technical and product support for the company's portfolio of products and software within agreed levels and response times.• Participates in the problem management process (8D reports).• Provides and delivers services from the Service Catalogue.• Prepare proposals to increase process efficiency.• Coordinates all communications and collaborations with other levels of support.• Prepares various types of reports.• Maintains updates on the knowledge database.• Share knowledge and information with colleagues.• Performs all tasks and activities arising from the requirements of the standards to which the company is certified and other relevant technical standards, organization regulations and instructions.• Carries out other tasks relating to the area of responsibility.
Qualification & Education:- Years of experience: 5 Years- Academic Qualifications: B. Sc. of Engineering or relevant field
