Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Furniture Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing exceptional service. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, assisting customers in selecting furniture, driving sales, and ensuring an outstanding in-store experience. You will also contribute to showroom organization and inventory management, ensuring the space reflects the company’s standards.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs. Experience in Retail Sales, Sales, and Furniture sales to meet and exceed sales goals. Ability to build rapport with customers and provide tailored recommendations. Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless shopping experience. Basic understanding of furniture styles, features, and functionality is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in sales or customer relations are advantageous.
