•     Process Design & Optimization:
• Lead the design and re-engineering of end-to-end business processes across core functions.
• Analyze current (“As-Is”) processes and design optimized (“To-Be”) process models.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities.
• Ensure processes are scalable, standardized, and aligned with business strategy.
•      Fintech & Digital Enablement:
• Design processes aligned with Fintech regulatory, operational, and technology requirements.
• Work closely with Product, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Ensure process designs support digital platforms, system integrations, and automation tools.
• Documentation & Standards:
• Develop and maintain:
  • Process maps (BPMN)
  • SOPs
  • RACI matrices
  • Process controls & KPIs
• Ensure proper governance and version control for all process documentation.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Facilitate process design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor for process improvement initiatives.
• Align multiple stakeholders on process ownership and accountability.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor process performance using KPIs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma concepts preferred).
• Support change management during process rollouts.
