Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Cosmetics Manager at Lixora SK. The Cosmetics Manager will oversee store operations, lead and motivate the sales team, provide excellent customer service, and implement strategies to optimize sales. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory, ensuring proper product knowledge, and maintaining compliance with retail loss prevention protocols to protect company assets and ensure operational efficiency.

Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring an excellent customer experience Experience in Team Leadership and the ability to motivate and guide staff Proficiency in Sales, achieving and exceeding targets, and identifying new opportunities In-depth Product Knowledge in skincare, body care, and hair care products Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices and managing store operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven organizational and time management abilities Previous experience in retail and/or the cosmetics industry is a strong advantage
