• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Odoo Certification: Official Odoo Functional or Technical certification is highly desirable.
• Expert-level knowledge of Python and the Odoo framework (including the ORM API).
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL with the ability to write efficient SQL queries.
• Solid understanding of web technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, and QWeb.
• Extensive experience with API integrations (XML-RPC, REST).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Familiarity with SAP systems is highly preferred and/or FMCG industry experience
