Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tourism Specialist based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Tourism Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing travel arrangements, assisting customers in planning their trips, and handling inquiries with professionalism. The role involves offering tailored travel solutions, promoting tourism services, providing destination-specific recommendations, and maintaining positive client relationships. Additionally, the Tourism Specialist will collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's presence and client base.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Expertise in Travel & Tourism, with knowledge of destinations, package arrangements, and travel logistics Sales and Marketing abilities to promote tourism services and contribute to business growth Proficiency in organizational and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborations and maintain client satisfaction Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with travel booking systems and related software is a plus
