Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fluent English Customer Service Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The role requires addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering professional support in both written and spoken English. Responsibilities also include facilitating effective communication between customers and the company, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality service. Some tasks require in-person presence at the office, while flexibility for remote work is provided.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Proficiency in English, including skills in English Teaching, Translation, and clear verbal/written communication Experience in Training and the ability to guide customers or colleagues effectively Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment and maintain a professional approach Quick problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric mindset Previous experience in client-facing roles is an advantage Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
