Master proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll is required, with recommended expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Advanced-level proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Business Model Strategy is strongly suggested. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, and technology integration.
