Role Description Manage the full Odoo implementation cycle, including business analysis, configuration, delivery, testing, and support. Analyze client business requirements and perform gap analysis between business needs and Odoo capabilities. Identify issues and recommend suitable solutions, including existing Odoo features or third-party plugins. Communicate functional requirements clearly to the development team and perform basic testing for delivered solutions. Prepare customer documentation such as proposals, solution design documents, and implementation plans. Conduct product demos to potential clients and explain system capabilities. Provide user training and respond to customer inquiries. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients before project delivery. Manage the customer support cycle and prioritize support requests when needed. Handle troubleshooting and day-to-day operational support for implemented systems. Document system processes, workflows, and technical requirements. Prepare reports on project progress, risks, issues, and implementation status.
Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Odoo (required). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BIS, or a related field. Good understanding of business processes and accounting concepts. Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Odoo modules, features, and implementation processes. Basic understanding of system security and data access controls. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Full-time position.
