This role requires someone who understands digital deeply, owns performance numbers, and can confidently lead a team. Main Responsibilities:Build and execute the full digital marketing strategy Own performance targets and growth numbers Deep expertise in Meta platforms & latest updates Strong hands-on Media Buying experience Ability to manage ads, pixels, tracking & website-related issues Build brand systems and scalable growth structure Lead and manage the team firmly and professionally Own daily communication & task distribution (Account Manager mindset)⚠️ We are NOT looking for a creative profile. We need a strategic manager who builds systems and leads performance. Preferred: Experience in the toys industry, Education, or Retail businesses.
