🌟 Client Support Officer – Calls & Chat
📍 Sheraton, Cairo | Sheba Tours
Sheba Tours is hiring a Client Support Officer to manage incoming calls and live chat inquiries while ensuring a professional and smooth customer experience.
We are looking for a reliable and organized candidate with good English skills and previous customer service experience.
Foreign candidates currently residing in Egypt are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally
- Respond to live chat inquiries clearly and promptly
- Provide accurate information about services and procedures
- Log customer requests and follow up when necessary
- Escalate urgent cases to the concerned team
- Maintain professional communication at all times
- Update records and communication logs on the system
- Commit to 8-hour rotational shifts
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or front desk roles
- Upper-Intermediate to Professional English level
- Good computer and typing skills
- Comfortable working on-site in Sheraton, Cairo
- Willing to work rotational shifts
- Available to start immediately
