Required Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, Tele sales, or CRM-related roles.
- Experience in the pharmacy or healthcare field is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call management systems.
- Good knowledge of customer care practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers who received vouchers, giveaways, or loyalty cards.
- Promote offers, discounts, and new services to target customer segments.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone or email.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist in executing CRM campaigns as directed by the manager.
- Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues or requests.
- Support customer loyalty by ensuring a consistent and professional follow-up experience.
