Creative Director – Client Strategy & Personal Branding

Location: Egypt (On-site – Remote temporarily until office launch)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 40,000 EGP to 60,000 EGP (Based on experience)

About Us

ATEAM Management is a Dubai-based personal branding agency specializing in real estate.

We help high-performing agents build authority, visibility, and inbound deal flow through structured short-form video systems and strategic positioning.

We are expanding operations in Egypt and building a high-performance creative team.

We are looking for a Creative Director to lead client strategy and oversee creative execution across accounts.

This role combines strategy, scripting, team direction, and client communication.

You will:

• Build monthly content strategies

 • Generate ideas and write high-retention scripts

 • Guide editors on tone, pacing, and premium feel

 • Communicate directly with clients

 • Lead monthly strategy calls

 • Align with Operations Manager to ensure smooth execution

You are the strategic bridge between client vision and content output.

Requirements

• 2+ years in content strategy / creative direction / personal branding

 • Strong short-form video understanding (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)

 • Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills

 • Confident leading client calls

 • Strong leadership and communication skills

 • Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)

Experience in real estate or luxury branding is a strong advantage.

We are not looking for a “creative artist.”

 We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands positioning, authority, and performance-driven content.
