Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customs Clearance Operations Coordinator located in Qesm El Obour. Responsibilities include overseeing customs clearance operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with logistics and shipping partners, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, managing communication with relevant stakeholders, and supporting administrative and operational tasks to facilitate efficient customs clearance processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with stakeholders and address inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance for coordinating tasks and managing processes efficiently
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools is advantageous
  • Previous experience in customs clearance, supply chain, or logistics is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
