Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Moderator role located at our Heliopolis branch. The Content Moderator will review, moderate, and analyze online content to ensure it aligns with company guidelines and values. Tasks include monitoring user-generated material, addressing content-related issues, and collaborating with the team to uphold a positive and professional digital presence for the brand. Ensuring prompt customer service and managing interactions across platforms are important aspects of this role. The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to provide feedback on improvements to content moderation processes and contribute toward creating a safe and engaging online experience for our community.
