We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to take ownership of building scalable, high-quality user interfaces that directly impact user experience and product success.

This role goes beyond implementing UI — it involves frontend architecture, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex frontend applications using React.
• Own and evolve the frontend architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Build reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS and Radix UI with consistent design standards.
• Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experiences across devices.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate APIs efficiently.
• Conduct code reviews and set high standards for frontend quality, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Advocate for frontend best practices, including performance, accessibility, and clean architecture.

Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript and React in production environments.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend tooling and libraries (React Router, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
• Solid experience with responsive design and accessibility best practices (a11y).
• Proven ability to work with Git in collaborative development workflows.
• Experience making technical decisions and mentoring other developers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with frontend performance profiling and optimization.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience working closely with product and design teams.
