Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Travel Consultant, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Travel Consultant will handle daily responsibilities, including travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, booking reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires comprehensive expertise in the travel industry and the ability to support clients with tailored solutions to meet their travel needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Proven ability to provide excellent Customer Service
• Knowledge of travel policies, systems, and industry trends
• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
• Proficiency in travel booking software and systems is an advantage
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to the demands of on-site work in Cairo
