Analyze business requirements and configure Odoo ERP to support client processes across departments. Ensure successful implementation, user adoption, and process improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements
- Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
- Map and optimize business workflows
- Support data migration and system testing
- Train users and support go-live
- Coordinate with technical team for customizations
- Experience with Odoo ERP implementation
- Strong business process understanding (finance, supply chain, operations)
- Functional knowledge of core Odoo modules
- Good client communication skills
Must be
- 5+ years odoo functional experience
- Multiple ERP/Odoo projects delivered
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, or services
