Job Title: Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing travel arrangements, handling flight and hotel bookings, designing travel itineraries, and ensuring excellent client service. The candidate must have a strong background in the tourism industry and the ability to manage multiple travel requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation services
• Design customized travel packages and itineraries based on client needs
• Provide professional travel advice and destination information
• Handle incoming client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to ensure smooth travel operations
• Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately
• Maintain updated records of bookings and transactions
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
• Stay updated with travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
