Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Safer Alaan located in Cairo, Egypt.

We are looking for a Sales Powerhouse who specializes in the Saudi Market. Your primary focus will be twofold:

  • Religious Tourism: Mastering bookings for Makkah and Madinah (Hotels & Logistics).
  • Global Outbound: Crafting and selling creative International Travel Packages for Saudi clients to destinations all over the world.

You will be responsible for managing a high flow of daily leads, providing expert personalized advice, and closing sales by offering the most competitive arrangements. Your goal is to turn inquiries into unforgettable travel experiences while hitting ambitious sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Sales Expertise: A proven "Sales Closer" mindset with the ability to persuade and convert leads effectively.
  • Saudi Market Savvy: Deep knowledge of the Saudi traveler’s preferences, especially regarding Makkah/Madinah hotels and popular International destinations.
  • Global Destination Knowledge: Proficiency in organizing comprehensive travel arrangements (Flights, Hotels, Tours) for worldwide destinations.
  • Technical Mastery: Experience with B2B travel booking platforms.
  • Customer-Centric: Exceptional communication skills to provide a premium service experience to our elite clientele.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to multitask and handle complex itineraries with high attention to detail.
  • Language: Native-level Arabic and professional proficiency in English are essential.
