Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves identifying and generating leads, managing client accounts, and developing strong and sustained client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for presenting IT products and solutions, driving sales growth, and collaborating with internal teams to implement tailored solutions. Providing a high level of customer service and consulting to clients is central to this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in IT Sales to understand, pitch, and sell technology solutions
  • Strong background in Information Technology to effectively communicate technical and business-oriented solutions
  • Skilled in Lead Generation and Account Management to develop and maintain robust client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, including persuasive presentation abilities and active listening
  • Experience in analyzing customer needs and providing tailored IT solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in dynamic business environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the B2B market and familiarity with selling to government entities or educational institutions is advantageous
