Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead and oversee the technical development of architectural projects, ensuring design integrity, buildability, and compliance with all regulations and standards. The Senior Technical Architecture Engineer plays a critical role in coordinating technical documentation, construction detailing, and acting as a bridge between design and construction.

Professional Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.

• Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in technical architectural roles.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and building codes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.

• Experience with large-scale or complex building projects is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
