Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented front line sales to join our beauty clinic. will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming, discreet, and high-quality experience while supporting the daily operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client check-in/check-out
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about clinic services
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality at all times
• Handle payments, invoices, and point-of-sale transactions
• Coordinate with therapists, aestheticians, and medical staff to ensure smooth daily workflow
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and inventory support as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a front line sales or in a customer-facing role, preferably in a beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with booking systems and basic computer applications
