Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. Operating on-site in Cairo, Egypt, the CRM Specialist will manage customer relationships, oversee customer data, and ensure client satisfaction by interacting with them to understand their needs. Day-to-day activities include building strong client relationships, implementing CRM strategies, monitoring customer engagement, analyzing data to improve client retention, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and processes
- Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of Sales strategies and techniques
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in customer relationship roles or related fields is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools is a plus
