What You'll Do

Contact existing customers for course renewals and increase conversion rates

Follow up regularly to understand customer needs and recommend renewal solutions

Monitor student progress and analyze data to develop renewal strategies

Handle inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the renewal process

Requirements

Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, or related field

Fresh graduates with strong sales relevant skills 

Fluent in Arabic & English

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable with target-driven environment and commission structure
