Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Order Fulfillment & Marketplace Support Specialist - Fashion. The specialist will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, creating shipping labels, communication with shipping companies, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and supporting marketplace operations. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Order Management and Order Processing for efficient and timely delivery

Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on effective problem-solving and client satisfaction

Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and address customer queries

Analytical Skills to identify process improvements and evaluate performance metrics

Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently

Experience in e-commerce platforms or marketplaces is a plus

Proficiency with order management systems and tools is preferred
