Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager based in New Cairo. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage a team of pharmacy technicians, ensure the accurate dispensing of prescriptions, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing inventory, advising customers on medication use, supervising immunization services, and ensuring efficient pharmacy practice procedures. The role requires effective communication with both the team and customers to ensure a high standard of care and service.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and managing Pharmacy Technicians
• Proficient knowledge in managing and dispensing Prescriptions while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage a team effectively
• A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or a Degree in Pharmacy, with a valid professional license
• Previous experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy setting is an advantage
