Job Description
- Revenue Optimization & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze pricing, occupancy, and market trends to maximize revenue performance.
- Support the development and execution of revenue optimization strategies across products and services.
- Identify gaps in hotel production and coordinate with Contracting and Commercial teams to improve performance.
- Forecasting & Strategic Planning
- Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and support budgeting activities using historical data and booking patterns.
- Analyze demand trends to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Daily Revenue Monitoring
- Perform daily checks related to yielding activities, occupancy levels, and stop-sales.
- Review pricing performance and identify opportunities or risks affecting revenue.
- Cross Departmental Collaboration
- Work closely with Yielding, Contracting, Inventory, and Operations teams to align strategies.
- Support implementation of promotional campaigns and pricing adjustments.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare and review revenue-related reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy to avoid incorrect markups or pricing decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration or similar field.
- 1–2 year of experience in revenue management, yielding, pricing, or data analysis
- Strong English communication skills (B2 recommended).
- Basic additional languages are a plus
- Basic knowledge of revenue management and pricing concepts
- Microsoft Excel
- Power BI (recommended)
