Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve performance targets and meet organizational goals.

Ensure all vehicles comply with licensing, permits, and other regulatory requirements.

Demonstrates the ability to make sound decisions considering the overall impact on fleet operations.

Utilize GPS and telematics systems to optimize routes for efficiency and timely deliveries.

Negotiate and manage contracts with fuel suppliers, service providers, and equipment vendors.

Manage the fleet budget effectively, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.

Lead, mentor, and manage the team under his supervision.

Effectively leads and motivates a diverse team of drivers and support staff.

Handles conflicts within the team in a constructive and fair manner.

Provide training to staff on the use of implemented technologies.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor degree in (logistics - Supply chain – Business Administration) or a related field

Special Certification or Training Required: A (Logistics – Supply Chain _ transportation) is a plus

Minimum 6 Years of Experience

Very Good command of Microsoft Suites
