Hiring: DeFi Operations Analyst (Remote, Egypt)

I am part of the HR team at financialjobsinlondon.com, and we are hiring a DeFi Operations Analyst to join our internal remote DeFi operations and research support team.

This role focuses on hands-on DeFi execution, monitoring, and operational reporting and supports our analytical and research activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor DeFi strategies

• Track yield performance and exposure

• Maintain operational documentation and reports

• Identify protocol and liquidity risks

• Support internal controls and processes

Must-have experience:

• Practical experience using DeFi protocols

• Understanding of yield strategies

• Basic DeFi risk awareness

• Strong organisational skills

Compensation:

💶 €32,000 – €36,000 base salary
