Accountant to support the finance function of our manufacturing and trading operations in the UAE. The role involves day-to-day accounting activities, inventory accounting support, VAT compliance assistance, and coordination with internal teams under the supervision of the Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Record and post accounting entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and journals

Maintain accounts payable and receivable records

Assist in inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and production-related entries

Support preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules

Assist in UAE VAT compliance, including VAT returns, reconciliations, and documentation

Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations

Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams for accurate financial reporting
