About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to lead and expand our international export operations for water-soluble fertilizers and NPK products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing global markets, managing international clients, and ensuring full compliance with export regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop international export operations
• Identify and penetrate new global markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
• Prepare and execute export business plans
• Oversee sales processes and contracts
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in export operations & international trade
• Proven background in international business development
• Sales and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of regional & international market regulations
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Foreign language
• Degree in Business, International Trade, or related field preferred
