Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Telesales Team Leader. The Telesales Team Leader will oversee, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve specified targets and enhance overall performance. Responsibilities include designing sales strategies, monitoring team progress, providing training, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The Telesales Team Leader will also collaborate with management to refine processes and meet organizational sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
• Expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team
• Proven experience in Sales to develop strategies, close deals, and achieve revenue goals
• Proficiency in setting performance metrics and analyzing sales data
• Highly motivated with problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and a positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
