We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Analysis Senior to join our growing organization. In this role, you will lead a team of business analysts to deliver impactful solutions across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into detailed requirements. This is a leadership role that combines strategic thinking, mentorship, and hands-on analysis.

Role Description

👥 Lead and manage a team of business analysts, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

🧠 Define and implement analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices.

📝 Review and approve requirement documents including BRD, SRS, and user stories.

🧭 Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs.

📊 Identify business improvement opportunities and drive process optimization.

🔄 Coordinate between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.

🧩 Ensure quality and consistency in requirements delivered across projects.

🧪 Support testing and validation phases to confirm solutions meet business objectives.

🧱 Create and review diagrams and models (UML, workflows, process maps).

🎓 Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

📆 6+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

📋 Expertise in documentation (BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories).

🔍 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.

🗣️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

🛠️ Hands-on experience with BA tools like JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, Visily.

🧾 Proficiency in modeling techniques (UML, BPMN, wireframes).

🧠 Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, and drive high performance.

📜 Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PSPO.

🔄 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
