Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new e-commerce SMEs and onboard them onto the Stryve platform.
- Present and explain Stryve’s payment solutions clearly to online merchants.
- Support merchants through the onboarding and activation process.
- Follow up with merchants to ensure active usage and transactions.
- Achieve monthly targets related to merchant acquisition and activation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve merchant issues.
- Collect market feedback from merchants and share insights with internal teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, E-commerce, or Merchant Acquisition.
- Good understanding of e-commerce operations and online payments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and performance KPIs.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FinTech, digital payments, or payment gateways.
- Experience dealing with SMEs or online sellers.
- Background in customer onboarding or account activation.
