Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an English Customer Support position, covering both voice and non-voice interactions. Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, including communication skills and experience in English teaching.

• Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different customer scenarios.
